From my short-lived LiveJournal account:

I’m not sure if anyone will really keep up with this journal, but I can always hope that people actually care to read more of my stories and might stop by to read this.
This journal, as it states in my profile, is meant for updates not big enough to bother changing my site for. I’ll discuss how new stories are coming and a few things happening in my life. This journal is meant as a replacement for the forum that was once on my site before my previous webhost decided to drop the ball and stop giving me what I paid for. For that reason, I encourage comments.
So, as to my progress with the sequel to Caught in the Devil’s Hand, which I’ve titled Oblivion (no, not the computer game), it’s going well. I’m 95% done with the rough draft. After that, I’ll hand it off to three very trusted editors before sending it on to Ellora’s Cave for review. Let’s hope I can do that by…the end of June?

If you’d like to read a new review for Caught in the Devil’s Hand, please follow this link in your browsers. If you haven’t read the book yet, though, beware of a couple minor spoilers.

It’s raining cats and dogs today. That idiom always made me laugh — you look outside and it’s all like rowr! woof! meow! Aaanyway…
I’m still on schedule to finish the rough draft of Oblivion by the end of the month. The publisher has a maximum page length (anything longer is requested to be trimmed), so I’m watching my page count, too. Why can’t I write shorter stories? -_-
The previous forum didn’t last long, I know, and this LJ was just started a few weeks ago, yet I found something called WordPress that might work even better. It seems to have a lot of interesting options, is free (the best part), and could be put directly onto my domain. However, we’ll see if this LJ thing gets off the ground.
As for the actual site, I’ve made a new design that I’ll put up in the next few weeks. I think it’s prettier since the current black and pink design is kind of “heavy,” to put it one way. Though the next book will be pretty dark at times, I’m getting a little sick of the goth-like design I have up.
